I don’t really talk much publicly about my health or anything like that at all, but I wanted to take some time and talk about what was going on and where I’m at now with my Avascular Necrosis.
I don’t really talk much publicly about my health or anything like that at all, but I wanted to take some time and talk about what was going on and where I’m at now with my Avascular Necrosis.
We all reach a point in our lives where we feel like we’ve hit a wall or don’t have time to focus on ourselves. I’m sure that feeling comes in waves throughout life…stuck in your career, dealing with the day to day of kids, waiting to retire. I’m only 33 and don’t have kids yet, but I also haven’t had the wherewithal to step back and evaluate those deeper questions until now.
The idea of starting over — professionally, romantically, even on a large project — is a truly daunting one. No matter who you are, I can’t imagine that you aren’t full of nerves. Even if you’re excited about starting over, there are still the big questions of “am I doing the right thing?” and “what am I ACTUALLY doing with my life?”
